At Gita’s Homemade, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of our products (perishable food items), returns are not accepted.
No Returns Policy
Once delivered, products cannot be returned due to hygiene and food safety reasons.
Refunds
Refunds are applicable only if:
The product is damaged during transit.
The wrong item is delivered.
Proof (photo/video) of the damaged or incorrect product must be shared within 24 hours of delivery.
Refund Method
Refunds (if approved) will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
